KANWALJEET KAUR ID 00438830, DP MASTER CAPITAL SERVICES ID 120229000.Coy ASAHI GLASS LTD. LINK IN TIME. Share Folio number k0000303. Brief of the case. I am a holder of 8000 shares of the company since incorporation.Company had issued Rights Issue on 22 Aug 13. Last date for application was 5/9/13.Link In Time had claimed that they had sent me a CAF 27412 serial number 8420/EA601610075 IN on 16 Aug 13 from Bhandup(W) Mumbai 400078 vide speed post registration number EA60160075IN. The form was not received as on checking the online tracking the Application form was addressed to some one in Gujrat on PIN code 387620 and was returned back to Link In Time on 22/8/13.Hence I could not apply.On taking up the case in Oct 13, they are taking shield behind the fact of sending it and not taking note of the mistake that it was not KANWALJEET KAUR ID 00438830, DP MASTER CAPITAL SERVICES ID 120229000.Coy ASAHI GLASS LTD.
