Complaint Details
This is to intimate you that I have received a call in the name of ICICI bank to increase the limit of my credit card upto Rs 120000/- and informed that the gift vouchers of Rs 8500/- will be given to me.
After this incident I have called the customer care of ICICI bank and I came to know that this was fraud call and occurred. Customer Care have shared merchant name Shreed Solution Pvt Ltd Delhi and Transaction ID 964491 with me.
I request you to please see to it, since it is a fraud and I am cheated.Since it is very difficult me to pay Rs 8500/- & bank has told me that I have pay this before the due date or else late penalty will be charged.
