Complaint Details
I am an entrepreneur based in Goa. I was approached by "Website Solutions",a website designing and hosting company based in New Delhi (http://www.websitesolutionsindia.com/), in September 2013 for creating website for my showroom "Sai Kripa Enterprises".

I made a payment of Rs 7500/- (Account Name: Creative Web Solutions PVT LTD, HDFC Acc No. 14082560000812, IFSC Code: HDFC0001408) , on October 4, 2013, to use their services and requested them to design my website at the earliest. Despite repeated calls, I was neither provided with payment receipt nor was the work started, all the while I was assured that website was under construction, and would be hosted soon.

After 8 months and hundreds of reminder and follow-up calls, they have still not created the site and have also stopped picking up the calls.

I have all their communications, payment details and invoice in my possession, which will be furnished when requested.

It is requested that a consumer complaint be registered against them so that either my money is refunded or the site be made.
