Complaint Details
I recharged my father's phone having vodafone no. 9874677397 with Rs. 155 on 2nd September, 2014. It was clearly mentioned in the website that the on recharge of the said amount, 1GB 2G data usage is applicable with a validity period of 28 Days. Today he received a message saying his internet pack got expired. When I called up Vodafone care Kolkata, a very shrewd representative named Uttam said that the plans have changed since 1st September, 2014 and nothing can be done. When asked that it would be cheating customers to make them pay Rs 155 for 1 GB for 28 Days yet giving only 750MB for usage that too for 21 Days, he slammed the phone on me saying that whatever the customer wants to understand let it be, he cannot help. Till date, the website shows old data and still they are duping customers. I spoke to the senior member named Ms. Anita Ghosh, who also said that they cannot help and did not register my complain. Kindly see to it.
