Dear sir/madam,

I'm Prabhu and I'm from chennai. Recently I have placed two orders at whaaky.com with following order nos.
S80536144 on 7th august for 3 peter england full hand formal shirts.
S80544197 on 11th august for 5 casual full hand shirts.
I received the materials on aug21st. To my surprise the displayed materials which I saw while booking is completely different from the material which I received for both the order nos. For the order for 3 full hand peter england shirts, I was delivered 2nos of full hand shirt and 1 half hand shirt. It was having poor color and design.
Next same issues happened for 5 casual shirts. Materials delivered were such a poor quality, with terribly bad color shades and poor color design. I took all the photos and I sent an email to support1@whaaky.com on aug23.
After seeing the pictures, they agreed to take the defective material for return. I was asked to send the material to hydrabad and i paid my money 180 for sending the defective materials to them.
After a month time, they gave replacement. Following are the issues: Instead of 3 formal full hand peter england shirt, I was given with 3 half hand shirt. Poor color shades. Next for 5nos of casual full hand shirts, I was only given with 3 casual shirts with very very poor material quality. When I sent a mail regarding this, They are replying that I will not be given any other replacement. Pl find the screen shots of the mail conversation which i had with whaaky.com. Kindly help me in this regard.
