Complaint Details
My broadband is not working from last 3 months. Did complaint at Mtnl helpline. Did complaint at head office as well as area office however every time get sane reply that its pending. I am paying my bill every month but not getting service. If I could be a private service provider then I am sure it shouldn't take that much time. No one listening and paying my hard earned money every months towards bill but not getting service.. please help
