Complaint Details
I had been receiving several calls from Sands Shopping Hub (http://www.sandsshoppinghub.com/) since August, 2014 saying that my mobile number had got selected for a promotion offer as I had done some online purchases from different online shopping companies in past. And in that promotion offer I was entitled to win some prizes ranging from Rs. 15,000.00 to Rs. 50,000.00, if I choose one of the new arrival offers shown on their website. In this regard I got a call from 'Abhay Pratap' in management and while on call he assisted me to select a new arrival offer of Rs. 4999.00 on September 11, 2014 (I paid for this by using my personal computer at home from my SBI debit card). This was a combo offer with product details as follows:
Special Combo Offer: Code- SSH1
Reebok Combo Watch 5,196.00
Provogue Sunglasses 2,499.00
Acquaguard Instant Purifier (Sipper) 599.00
....................... Total: 8,294.00
.......................
Offer Value : 4,999.00
On same day later in evening I got another call from 'Gaurav Sharma' and he said that I have chosen a wrong offer and I should choose for the offer of Rs. 6999.00. I got confused and asked them to cancel my transaction and make me refund of Rs. 4999.00 that I had paid. Then I was assured to receive a call from a/c department for the confirmation to get my refund within next fifteen minutes. But I did not receive any call, so I sent an e-mail to ceo@sandsshoppinghub.com (mentioned on their site under feedback heading) for assistance in refund. I also filled a contact form on their site under heading customer service (contact us), but I did not receive any response from them. Then I wrote them again on September 13, 2014, after this I got a call from 'Piyush Kumar' from their a/c department. He said that as per their company procedure I would get refund only if I make transactions of more than Rs. 25,000.00. When I denied making any further payment, they refused to refund me. So to receive my refund 'Piyush Kumar' made two more transactions on my behalf on September 18, 2014 of Rs. 13999.00 and Rs. 9999.00 by misguiding and getting details of my SBI debit card ATM PIN and one time password received on my mobile number. And I was assured to receive refund within next 24 hours, but next day I got a call from 'Sarita' to confirm my shipping address. When I told her that I opted for refund then she pretended of being ignorant of the fact. After this again I got a call from 'Piyush Kumar' and he asked me to confirm the shipping address and said that after my confirmation the request will be sent to his department and then he would cancel the shipping and generate the refund request for me and he asked to arrange another call for the shipping address confirmation. Just after a few minutes I got another call from 'Sarita' and I confirmed the shipping address, within next few minutes I got a call from 'Piyush' and he confirmed that he had cancelled my shipping request and would get my refund within next 24 hours. But instead of receiving any refund I got a message on my mobile number for the deduction of Rs. 20997.00 from my SBI debit card as a POS purchase from the same site on September 20, 2014 (but I did not receive any other message i.e. one time password or regarding any change in my bank profile details). After this I rushed to the nearest SBI ATM to change my ATM PIN and also changed my SBI internet banking password details by using my personal computer. And made a call at SBI consumer helpline, but did not receive any positive response from them. I also filled the contact form and sent an e-mail to Sands Shopping Hub, then again I got a call from 'Piyush Kumar' and he said that the amount was deducted from my a/c due to some technical issues and he would make my refund on September 22, 2014. But on September 22, 2014 again I got a message on my mobile number for the deduction of Rs. 20,997.00 from my SBI debit card as a POS purchase from the same site. Then I instantly got my SBI ATM debit card blocked by calling at SBI consumer helpline and withdrawn the remaining cash in my a/c. On September 23, 2014 again I got a call from 'Vinay Mittal' and he repeated the same words that it happened because of technical issues and assured me to get refund once after I confirm the shipping address and arranged another call from 'Sarita' for the confirmation of the shipping address. After confirming the shipping address I got call from 'Vinay Mittal' and he said to get refund within next one hour. Later I got call from 'Ankush' and he assured me to help and call back, but he did not call back.

These are some of those no's that I got call from –
+911409300564 (Sarita); +911206500410 (Vinay Mittal and Piyush Kumar); +919650383683 (Ankush)

I have also sent an e-mail to dgm.customer@sbi.co.in to know that how the last two transactions were made out without my consent and my receiving any information from SBI.

My SBI a/c details are as follows –
A/C No. – 20019683271
ATM Debit Card No. – 4591500209091798 (Visa Card)
SBI Branch Address – Rajasthan High Court, Bhagwan Dass Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302005
SBI Branch IFSC Code - SBIN0010637
SBI Branch Contact - 0141-2227369

I also found the another site in the same name http://sandsshoppinghub.com/upload/index.php?route=common/home
Though the web pages from both links are different, yet the initial address http://sandsshoppinghub.com/ mentioned in both links takes you on the same web page (It simply means that both sites are same, but using two different web pages for fraud).

Please Also find the attached documents.

Thank You,
