Complaint Details
I booked a flat under SKM Refcon pvt. Ltd through his agent or the employee of SKM Mr.Asit Das(9811671779) On 31st July 2013. I paid the booking amount of Rs 22,69050/-. On 26/10/2013. On 26/10/213 came to know that builder is trying to run away from India without completing the project, So I tried contacting the builder on his office no and on his personal no but he was not attending the call. Then I visited the head office of the SKM Refcon Pvt. Ltd to inquire about the situation but the office was closed and when I confirmed from the security Gard about the owner then came to know that the office is closed from last few days and its shutdown. Somehow I managed to get the contact detail of few of the company agents or the employees. I contacted then and after several meeting with them I got the check os Rs 2269050/- dated 10/03/2014 of Yes bank. But next day after getting the check I received a call from there employee stating not to present the check in bank for next couple of week. But 1 week before the last date of the check I presented it to the bank and it got bounced and from that day onward I am not able to contact any member of SKM as they are not attending the call no one is in the office also.
