Sir/Madam, Introducing myself Pruthvi from Anantapur, A.P, India. As i'm using one prepaid number since One and half year from vodafone circle andhra pradesh. Regarding one service i have contacted to their customer care service and and asked them for the itemised bill of my prepaid number for the month of AUGUST. They have told me a process and asked to proceed with that. Listening to them, i have sent a SMS to one number given by them, as there is a deduction of Rupees 49/- from my prepaid account immediately. They have told me that u will receive the itemised bill through mail, to which u have registered mail i.d with us. That was fine and good till now. Later after 2 days i have called to customer care service and asked for the same, now i got a new answer from them. They have asked me to visit some VODAFONE STORE and ask them. I had been to the store and asked for the same. They have told me that they dont have any idea for what i am asking, you please come in the morning tomorrow. Fine, next day again i had been to the same Vodafone Store. Then now again a new answer, sir i have asked to superior. Even we dont have any idea on this, you please call to the same customer care only. Fine, i have did the same. If i call to customer care service they will ask me to visit any vodafone store and if i visit vodofone store they will ask me to call the customer care service center. I'm fed up with the service by this Company. And that too this issue made me mentally weak and nerversed and got starin daily. Here, now i finally decided to lodge a complaint on vodafone.
