Complaint Details
I have been charges Rs.60/month for 200 mins local call scheme and mms charges for which i have never requested for and in spite of launching complaint with vodafone gallery and on vodafone number 198 they are not ready to reverse the complete charges instead pressurizing me to make the payment. I have been making genuine payment over years with vodafone as a service provider. Today i have spended 40 mins again to explain them the issue but they said they are sorry they will not be able to help me anymore. Hence i have no other option then placing my problem and issues in front of consumer complaint dept. so that i get complete justice and we can be saved by companies like vodafone who tries to generate revenue through wrong billing. I look forward to consumer complaint dept to take this issue seriously and help me get the justice.
