Plz note that i have purchased a samsung fully automatic washing machine(SS WA62H4200HY/T CIN NO. UO1100MH1999PLC120563) on 24/09/14 at Reliance retail limited, S-218, Ambiance Mall, Ambiance Island, Delhi-Jaipur Highway , NH-8, Gurgaon-122002. The store people confirmed me that the purchased m/c shall be delivered the very next day. However even after my daily follow up RIL store people namely Anil, Rashood etc, the machine is not delivered till today ie. 27/09/14. Because of this i had to cancel my trip & stay at home waiting for the delivery.
