Complaint Details
I had taken a policy for my family of 5 where many things were promised by them
1)free health insurance cover to all of us for 5 lakh
2)free opd treatment of 10,000 per year
3)free tour package domestic and international for the members but i did not get any response from them after issuing my cheque and then asking for the benifits theree nos are also not working

The cheque was taken from me but no documents issued ,In july end one bboklet came from apollo value club for holiday package but when i am tryingtocontact the persons no one is picking phoneor replying and now tyagi is saying that there were many fraud agents and they gave all the wrong info to the customers
