I had booked a return ticket for self and my wife for journey between Kolkata and Delhi and return on 23 November 2014 and 01 December 2014 respectively. On 08 Sep 2014 I wished to reschedule my return journey only for 11 December 2014 in place of 01 December 2014. Around 1630 hrs I was able to speak to a Jet executive. She guided me through the whole process and confirmed that additional all inclusive payment for two passengers Delhi Kolkata ticket would be Rs. 4761 for rescheduling journey from 01 December to 11 December. She confirmed that this amount included rescheduling penalty of Rs. 2099 each and difference of fair. For the rescheduled ticket I selected flight 9W7059 which showed all inclusive fare of Rs. 2998 for one passenger. After receiving reiterated confirmation I agreed to the rescheduling and went through the IVR process. Same night at 2012 hrs I received a text message from my credit card issuing bank that an amount of Rs. 9522 had been collected by Jet Airways.
