Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Madam,

Plz. find below the recharge details done through paytm on 21.09.2014 for tatasky dth subscriber no. 1090420165 which is not mine but appearing in my tatasky message in TV since last few days thus i recharged in this subscriber id 1090420165 on 21.09.2014 of Rs.355/-.But later on as neither i received the recharge message in tv or mobile no. i realized that my subscriber id is 1020008122 with rmn no 9179518899 and not 1090420165 and thus i called tatasky help line and registered my complaint on 22.09.2014 evening.
the subscriber no. appearing in my tv was corrected next day and now my original id is appearing in my tv but the balance was not transferred to my original subscriber id 1020008122.

Tatasky executive called me on 22.09.2014 & 23.09.2014 and informed me to provide the transaction details so that it can be transferred to my id, hence i provided the transaction details below;

but it was not credited and they express their inability to do so later on.

Plz. help me get back my money from tatasky as the message was appearing in my TV due to technical snag of tatasky and i should not be a sufferer for that.
