Complaint Details
​In spite of sending multiple remainder we did not get any proper response on the Bajaj loan that was dispersed to Mr Jayakandan which as major dispute. I would like to reiterate the concern that we are facing on the loan - A/c no : 403PSB04881969.



Padmapriya have approach Mr Jayakandan for a business loan and after verification it was decided loan amount of 15lac can be provided then Padmapriya and Akram (Padmapriya supervisor) communicated on structured EMI to be paid which we did not agree upon as its not realistic for us to pay this EMI and then after series of mail and phone communication both of them mentioned that they got approval from higher official on the even amount of EMI to be paid which is 51,266/- (have attached the proof for this ) but after dispersing the loan we received the welcome letter mentioned about structure EMI which we were shocked to see.

Then after approach both Padmapriya and Akram why structured EMI was processed but we asked for EVEN EMI they did not communicated to us properly and they asked us to close the loan if we are not interested. That was one of the unprofessional way of answering to the costomer to close the loan rather resolving the problem. In spite of repeated follow-up over phone they did not pick up our calls we even visited Raheja towers (both 2nd and 8th floor) continuously on 29th and 30th September to meet both Padmapriya and Akram but they refused to meet us and some representative like Vishwamanthan and Madhanprabu acknowledged that their people have done mistake and they are busy on month end sales and forcing us to pay the initial 1st EMI which would start on 2nd of October and then they will try to resolve the issue.

We are expecting this issue to be resolved before the 1st EMI.



Being badly affected customer all the way from Ambattur we have come to your office at mount road to get proper resolution but authorized person (priya and akram) also person attended us did not give any resolution to clear the problem to restore even emi instead of structured EMI.

As this mistake was purely done by Bajaj Finance authorities and we want the Emi to be made as EVEN EMI and not structured. If this cannot be done we do not want to continue this loan as we cannot be affected due to Bajaj Finance unacceptable mistake.
