I purchased used maruti suzuki esteem vxi 2005 from dealer known as Badar auto in Ghatkopar (mumbai) on April 21, 2014. This dealer is member of All India Car dealer association with id 2364 and his name is SHERALAM ZORMOHD KHAN. His contact detail is 9819654907, 9870733800, 9819108108. I paid full amount of Rs.80, 000 at the time of purchased to him with id and address proofs and required documents. But till date RC is not transferred on my name. He keeps telling that NOC is not obtained and it will take time. At the time of purchase he gave one Delivery note. Please look into it. Thanks, Rajesh Shukla, Mob: 9076303595.
