I purchased Micromax Canvas 4 A210 on 19th April 2014 from Sangeetha Mobiles Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad, Telangana. With in 4 months of usage of micromax canvas 4 has a defective power button(due to its cheap hardware I think) and given at Micromax Service Center - Sri Dhatre Mobiles Secunderabad which is a VERY POOR service it as taken me to the extent of several job sheets as follows:

Problem: Cheap Hardware got Power Button Problem.

Failure: Provided me the device with Display Flickering problem, as i asked said to come after 3days.

Failure:Fixed display problem and now provided me with a Patch defect on display screen.
If I asked, they said to come on sundays. when I called them on sunday said to come on Tuesday. when I called them on Tuesday said to come on saturday. Again On saturday the guy who does patch work is missing/absent, again said to come on Tuesday. Then on Tuesday they fixed the Patch defect display and they have mobile for to me to TEST and then I found TOUCH SCREEN is NOT at all working. they have given another Job Sheet below.

And half of the Warranty period is going to be out in the hands of Micromax service center only.

This is how I struggle with your Cheap Micromax Canvas 4 of 14000/- which will be repaired in the hands of No Experience/Knowledge on Mobile devices.
I want to tell you that I had wasted 14,000rs on this mobile and wasted my office timings through services centers and that I did not use the mobile from the first service as it is defective on every service done. Then the mobile is in the service center still.
I will be looking forward for REFUND/Replacement of this cheap defect device with new One with full warranty again.
