Hi this is Nakki Shetty.
Respected sir or mam.
This to inform that inspire of contact to kotak bank and advising them not to touch my savings ac they have still blocked it. The payment has been made now and infact more than the bal of the card itself. My cc ac was levied with fees and charges inspire of the trouble I have gone through to get the card to be used. I say this becuz I was never given a pin for my cc. I have req for a chq book several times but in vail. My ac still blocked but no solution or answer. Yesterday a team leader by the name of Austin was okay with me begging on the streets. I have gone through a lot while my tenure with kotak and all this happened without prior intimation.
Kindly look into this.
