Dear sir, my dtdc tracking no Z34407192 is not delivered to me. On 30 September 2014 it has reached Puri (Destination) , but till yet not deliver to me. I asked the dtdc person regarding the parcel , but there was no response from them. I also complained to the customer care of dtdc regarding this matter , but they provided me wrong information. The service provided by dtdc is very poor. That parcel is too important for me.
Pls take proper action against it & deliver me my parcel as soon as possible.
Pls do the needful.
