I purchased Sony Home Theatre DAV-TZ 215 alon Sony Bravia LED TV from Suyog Sony Centre Phoenix Mall Pune. When I purchased that product I was been told that this is the best product. The installation from sony was very poor and after so many complaints it got rectified. Now after that when I start listening to speakers and home theatre, I am not getting the feel of home theatre and also one of the 5 speakers are not working. When I connect with TV or laptop of DVD, one of my speaker doesnt work. Sony engineers visited to rectify the issue but was unable to resolve. I escalated the issue to Sony and they asked Nilesh service engineer feom sony to visit my home for checkup at 4 pm but that guy has called me at 8:15PM at night. I denied any visit during night and after that I got mail from Allwyn that there is no problem in the home theatre. I have sent almost 12+ mails to Sony and they are not responding. Product is under warranty and they are liable to provide service or replacement if its faulty. But they are not taking it seriously and they are not even replying to mails now. This product is purchased on 20 april 2014 and got installed on 01 May 2014. I have been cheated by Sony on this product and mentally harrassed on getting the service. I have done so many calls at customer care and send mails to their Head but no reply. Now I want that my product home theatre DAV TZ 215 should get replaced or return my money. One more thing to add, one of the Sony engineer has accepted that there is issues with this product of Sony.
