Sir,

I have raised the complaint in this site (COMPLAINT No. 0031236/2014) two months before. So after that they have cheated me by sending a different device to me. since it was a different device with less features than my original device I have send it back to them (FedEx Courier tracking : 805660235186). But after that there is no response from their end. So the complaint is still pending as they have not returned my tablet after service and it is being with them for more than four months. There is no response from their end. When ever I call them I am getting the repeated response of (Forwarded the complaint to senior authorities, wait for few days, will call back in 24 hours, .. etc). I am fed up with the repeated calls. They are doing the Fraudulent Business. So many people have bitter experience with them. They are providing one year warranty and they are keeping my device for more than 4 months.

I want my device or money back.

Please help me.
