Sir,
Am a AIRCEL customer for past several years.
My mobile number: 9842835528
I made a recharge for INR 453. For which I was offered Rs.353 talk time and 3GB data. So I continued browsing as usual.
Instead of deducting my data usage under the volume given as benefits for me, they charged on my main balance. All my balance amount went away. I called customer care, and then appellate officers. Every one blaming that it's my fault, they saying me that "I should have switched off the data connection and then turn on before continuing my browsing. So that their server would have charged as per the plan. "
As a customer, how could I know about their server configuration or criteria?
Is it not their responsibility to design a system to meet customer requirements? Or is it correct to blame the customer and asking them to follow their server rules?
Is 350 rs is not a money?
I demanded them for refund, but they neglected. And continued wasting my time.
So here by I request you to take necessary action and I need compensation for the inconvenience caused by them.
