I recently rented into an apartment in ruby isle building in royal palm Goregaon east Mumbai. I was promised one time water supply which will fill the in house tanks for consistent usage. Complaint is that water supply is very infrequent considering water as my right plus it is very difficult to trace the cause or the responsible. Every time I try to lodge complaint physically, i get vague comments and blank actions as if nobody knows what is going on or nobody wants to resolve the issue. If the building cannot provide water and lifts then the building should be banned from selling houses as well as putting up apartments for rent. I know easiest way is to run away but changing houses after only a month is something that nobody wants to do specially in Mumbai. Adding on to that I think water issue is a very important issue which also endangers the inmates from paniking because there is not at all any other water alternative. BMC is not in charge here but other buildings do get consistent water supplies. Other than this, it is a 20 storey building with 3 lifts but only one in operation and that too shut after midnight till 6 am. I also called the police after getting dull responses and they also did not show much of resolving power. Please please help me in right direction.
