Respected Sir,
Please find the attached Screen shot of my account summary and also i am forwarding you the email conversations that i have done with Yes bank and DealsandYou.com.
This is to inform you that i tried to place an order online on 27th Feb 2012. I Placed an order or a Watch and two Tshirts with total price of amount
1473.00 INR
The amount has been deducted from my Yes bank account however i have not receieved any confirmation from Dealsandyou regarding the order.
I called the support team and they say that the order is showing Cancelled and told me to email the screenshot of the account summary. Later they told me to contact my bank. I have contacted Yes bank as they say that the amount has been credited to the merchant.
Kindly suggest me, how can i get my money back. I am feeling being harrased.
