Complaint Details
We're still waiting for response from this agency for final report even after full payment done 18 days back. They're not picking calls, and not responding to messages. we paid initially 75% on 13th August, following which after they sent partial report on 30th August,and asked for full money. We asked them to wait for 15 days until we go through those partial information. After that we paid them fully on 15th September, but no response yet on final report.
