I signed up for a Platinum service with just dial on the 18th of December 2009. This is bussiness time for us - the only time in the year when we recover most of our investments and i was promised next day activation which never happened till a week from then. I later realised that i wasnt getting services as promised in the contract letter (attached) and i called to ask them why i wasnt getting 100% service being a platinum service user. They never did the rectifications. So i visited their office in malad in january and showed them their mistake in service. They were shocked to see such an error and promised that the technical team will rectify it. I had paid in advance for two months for my service and i wanted to continue for a years contract. Just dial never rectified their error and also deposited the cheque i had issued to them (electronic transfer) even though i told them i wont pay them coz i wasnt getting the service promised. Now they have put me off their service without intimidation and they dont even reply to my emails. I've had a horrible time with Just Dial and they themselves will be a proof of the fact that i have suffered business losses at the peak time of the year and rectify what they have done wrong. Please guide me as to what needs to be done in this situation. Thank you.
