Complaint Details
I have placed an order "Ayesha Patiala Style Salwaar Kameez Unstiched Suit Embroidered" dated 29th aug-2014. Seller dispatched defected good. I have also claim to eBay and send 12 snapshots, eBay stop the payment to seller and ask me to re-ship the good then eBay will refund the amount. About courier fee, eBay email me “eBay will provide a coupon on behalf of courier fee.” I replied to eBay “I am not interested with coupon. Please ask to seller he can collect his good from delivery address. But eBay close the complaint and email me your claim is resolved”. Finally I have a defected good which useless for me.
