Complaint Details
This company is collecting money from the customer in the name of contest and at the time of collection they ensure about product reclaim for same amount which you have paid in contest if you not won the contest but they will never give back either money or product.
I have paid money for contest and after that I received call and told me that your contest is not valid and asked for another money which I have refused and when I asked for the another product they are not sending it since 9th Apr'2013.I want to file a case against 100bestbuy.
