Complaint Details
I had purchased a camera from Snapdeal.com on 28th Sep 2014, with an offer. I had paid 16950 via Cr Card. Its been now 9
days and my product is still not been shipped, i had contacted customer care 3 times by now, and no one seems to be
providing a resolution. Every time i call snapdeal customer service, they tell me that my product will be shipped either the
same day i called or the next day. I have been getting a run around now from snapdeal from past few days, whenever i email
they reply that within 24-48 hours my issue will be resolved. BUt no resolution is being provided.
Kindly check the screenshot, it says that my product is packed on 29th Sept 2014 itself, so from 29th sept till today
snapdeal is not able to ship my product.
I am fed up with this service, they have held up my money without giving me a proper service and my product that i have
purchased.
