Good Morning,
My self is Malkeet Singh & this is my requesting mail to you because of this policy I did not want continue so please cancel my policy as soon as possible because of I am not able to continue this policy due to my financial status is very poor so please cancel my policy. It is my humble request to you. When I was take this policy that time your representative was told me if due to any reason I am not able to continue this policy so there is a period time for canceled the policy & the policy detail is mention below.
I am already given return request also to Sector 15 Gurgaon branch on dated 15/09/2014 & in the acknowledgement employee ID is 115853 but still now nobody doing nothing in this regards so please cancelled my med claim policy as soon as possible it is humble request to all of you please…………………..
