Complaint Details
I had purchased products from this online store - www.yepme.com on 12, August 2014, but once I received the products I found the products to be of a larger size and opted for a refund within the stipulated time period as mentioned on the seller's website.

The products were delivered by Speed Post on 21 August, 2014.

As of today, 8th October 2014, I have still not received my refund and have faced a lot of trouble from the customer care of the website.

I have also made several complaints to the company but to no help.
