Complaint Details
Complaint no. 78512483 dated 07.10.2014. The service person has not even called once since then and has not attended the call. We have called 5 times after lodging the complaint and only response received is "we are forwarding your request and a service person will attend as soon as possible." Eureka Forbes has redefined the meaning of the phrase "as soon as possible." The machine is under AMC - Silver contract.
