Complaint Details
A bill had to be paid on a date.
Visited the store earlier and tried to pay. The customercare personnel asked me to pay 2 days later.
So, visited the center and paid the amount. He informed me that I am late and asked me to pay a fine of 100 rupees. I argued that he himself asked me to pay 2 days later. He agreed and gave a receipt for 1300/-, but he entered in his records that I paid only 1200/- and added 100 as not paid. So, i was fined 140/- for not paying 100/-
