WBSEDCL has given an electrical connection to a consumer named Kamal Halder over our land property,Dag no.913,Khatian no.811 of Durgapur Mouza,of Vill.Durgapur,P.O.Mayapur,Distt.South24Parganas,743318.This is unconstitutional.Please ask WBSEDCL to disconnect the electrical line over our landed property.
