Complaint Details
I booked a hotel though goibibo on 13th Sep for 2nd Oct - 4th Oct 2014.
Amount was deducted from my account and I got confirmation from them. After 10 days they sent mail stating that the hotel is not available. They provided few options they didnt match the quality or the grade of the hotel I booked. I had to cancel the train ticket, book trip to another place at last minute.
They have now initiated the cancellation and started refund without my consent.
Looking for a compensation for the monitory loss and mental & physical tension.
