Complaint Details
On 04-10-2014 at around 13:24 pm I have received one SMS from Vodafone informing me that my Postpaid Plan "GE-275" has been changed by Vodafone India without my written or Oral Request which is not only shocking but also amounts to breach of trust by Vodafone India and its Management and Executives.
Vodafone arbitrarily and on its own change as well as without my express written request, permission and consent changed my Plan.
Vodafone has been naming "changing" "altering" Talk Plan as "refreshing" so as to avoid the direct liability.
Vodafone has changed my Plan in the past in the year 2008 in the same manner and I had to lodge complaint by email and later, they had reversed the changed plan to the Original Plan.
I have 3 numbers - 9930992660, 9930992662 and 9930992663.
I have received sms on 9930992660 and not on the other 2 numbers. However, when their executives has called me to give their response, it is clear that the Talk-Plan for all 3 numbers are changed.
under the new, unacceptable and unwanted Talk-Plan, Vodafone has reduced the benefits and usable call-minutes (FREE minutes as well as chargeable Minutes whether it is Vodafone calls or Landline calls or other Networks or STD calls or Local/National SMS).
The Vodafone Executives are replying that the change of Talk-275 Plan is automatic and system/computer controlled and they can not do anything to help me.
