dear sir/madam,

my Phillips television is off since last 4 months. we registered complaint on June 26 over the phone( no. PAHM 2306140006)

technician never arrived and they closed complain.

the complaint was raised by me again ( PAHM0508140172)

Techinician arrived and He fixed power supply , took money ( rs 2200 ) from us and still TV is off. He said something else has to be fixed up.

They are responding since then it is more than 4 months by now.

We feel mentally harassed and we are without TV at home since long time.

pls help us out. I attached the warantee card of the TV
