I have placed an order on FLIPKART for Mobile (MOTO - E) of cost Rs 1500 which they displayed as offer price under "Big Billion Day" sale With Order ID OD100944843376677700 payment mode was cash on delivery. After Some time my order OD100944843376677700 got cancelled and they gave me Rs 500 as a compensation amount into my wallet. I spoke to customer care they gave reason as "Technical glitch". They gave me again Rs 1000 as a compensation amount into my wallet, which also credited soon. They tried to make me fool with money but money doesn’t matter for me.
But My Question is “How could they cancel a regular customer’s order which is already processed and approved by seller?”
I ordered that Moto E with NO CANCELLATION: NO REFUND POLICY (called BIG BILLION DAY) but now THEY cancelled MY ORDER. How dare. How could they cancel customer’s order which is already processed (I attached .jpg file which noticed my order is approved on October 7th, Tuesday at 7:14 AM). But i want the phone now because they have NO RIGHT to cancel customer’s order approved by them and confirmed by the seller. Please take appropriate action, as I want my order to be processed. . Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
