My Whirlpool washing machine, Model number "Explore 1055 LCS" is not working since September 29th 2014. I have also complaint thru phone and have sent 7 follow up emails but whirlpool technicians are unable to resolve the problem. This is festival season and my washing machine is not working, it is pain for me. I bought washing machine last year in August 2013 and it is still in warranty period. Whirlpool customer care manager has informed me that they will resolve case in 24 hours but it is 10/09 today but service is still pending. On Sep 30th 2014 one technician has come to fix the issue but he was unable to do anything for our washing machine as he clearly mentional to us that he is not traned on fully automatic washing machine fuctions as he is not aware about any functions that is why he can''t troubleshoot our problem.The technician has not done anything with watching machine and he left our place without any help. Also, when I bought whirlpool washing machine last year same technical had come to install washing machine and he ran washing machine without removing five safely screws and aftre so much of follow up and complaint ranchi branch has sent another person for installation. Later they send another technician and he also has not done anything, infact after pressing for button several times the start button of washine machine has stopped working. The customer care manager "Daljeet Chopra" informed me that they will send a new technician on 10/07 but no one has come to assist me till today. Lastly, whirlpool technicians they have also provided there number but no on picks the call after several follow up. The cost of washing machine is Rs 29990/ but company is unable to give the service. Please help me in resolution of my problem.
