Complaint Details
1) I had serviced my air conditioner from Weather cool engg company on 26/08 (motor was jam and white an was broken making noise), so they serviced the motor and changed the fan.

2) However filing fitting the motor and fan the technician did not fix the fan tightly, due to which the fan broken down in couple of days in the middle of night

3) so we again informed weather cool engg, about the problem. Instead of accepting their mistake they were blaming us for not informing then in time. How on earth one could expect sleeping guy to wake yup in the middle of night to realize something wrong with AC.

4) A week after they sent one more technician with a wrong size fan which could not fit, so they went back

5) Since then its been a month and we are not receiving any response from Weather Cool Engg. Every time we either do not get any response from Mr Ravindra (owner) or a very rude and weird response.

Finally I even asked him to return the broken fans his technician took so that I could ask some other company to look after the issue. Mr Ravindran say he has no ppl to send the parts back.

This has been so frustrating time for us since last month, due to an increasing temperature outside and a completely unprofessional and rude service provider. Please take necessary steps to curb such unprofessional people from the services sector.
