Complaint Details
I had bought sam international products from reliance digital Vashi ,and all the products ie more than a dozen canisters,pan holding rods, side racks, spoon holder, canister racks are rusting and breaking on their own , i had complained to sam international about the issue but they are doing nothing about the same saying i may do what ever i can and disconnecting my calls saying its none of their business and that contact reliance digital Vashi and not them and reliance Vashi store manager says call the company. I also spoke to the owner of sam international company and he said don’t bother me and disconnected the call, looks like they have taken the customer for granted i sent a lot of mails with pictures of the defective product to them but haven't got no response i hope you'll look into this matter coz i have bought lots of sam international products and all are rusting and cracking .
