hello sir/mam,
i bought a gionee elife e7 mobile phone on 18th august 2014 , just from the second day it started misbehaving ..certain applications in the mobile phone got started automatically ..although i did not rectified it on the second day since it worked fine after closing the applications ..but it again started after 3 or 4 days so again i closed them thinking that may be accidentally i may have tapped them ..this went on three four times in two weeks , after that i got doubt that there is some problem in the handset and so i searched on the internet the solution and from there i got the idea to hard reset it so i did the same but did not worked , then i upgraded but not worked , then i again hard reset it but still not worked , now i was sure that there is some serious problem in the handset so i went to the service center on 15 september 2014 and they returned me it on 22th sep without resolving the problem and even in more worse condition , led's were not fixed properly and screen protective film was not applied so the same day i again resubmitted it to the service center and asked them to replace me with a new handset as when i first visited to the service center they tried to update it but it failed and even got dead , then they told me that it need to send to jaipur for repairing so now i was 100% sure that the handset i received was a defective piece but they did not cared and again dispatched it without repairing it and nor they replaced the handset , i collected it on 29 sep 2014 but it again started with the same problem so i again submitted it for the third time on 9th oct 2014 and still they have not taken any action and informed me that today only they have received the handset and will return to me on 16 oct , but i do not want to take it back as it was a defective handset and i even told them as i was having doubt that they will not able to resolve the problem and the same happen for the consecutively two time and i doubt its gonna be third time . i demanded them the replacement of the handset but they are not ready and i am not ready to take that defective piece back .
