I TRAVELLED FROM JETLITE ON 30-09-2014 FROM RANCHI TO DELHI FROM 2.25PM FLIGHT BY S23292 AND REACHED DELHI BY 4.15PM. I HAD MY CONNECTING FLIGHT TO BENGALURU S24608 AT 05.05PM. I had my wife, and my parents travelling with me. Considering the huge Delhi airport with no approachable assistance for commuting, we had no time than to just keep rushing to catch the next flight. During this my wife, mistakenly slipped and got a sprain on her foot. My parents (inspite of my mom being, a heart patient, who has undergone valve replacement twice) could somehow manage to walk as fast as possible carrying all the hand baggage with them and entered the gate at 04.57pm asking for some battery operated chairs/ any assistance to somehow get us (me & my wife), till the boarding gate. The authority was so rude, inhuman and insensitive that they did NOT even bother to even listen to what my parents had to say. From far we could see that no help was being sent, and somehow we managed to forcibly run and reach the gates by 05.02PM. Thanks to the amazingly disciplined, ruthless and deaf authorities, that they did NOT even listen to us, shouting that my wife had a sprain and moreover, ATLEAST give us our handbagge and purse and our mobile back from our parents, so that atleast we manage to come by next flight. We were forcibly LITERALLY pushed out of airport, where we were left with no money, no cellphone and ofcourse no tickets. As i was with my wife, i did not use any inappropriate language or behaviour with Mr Super Rude Amitabh, the supervisor and his useless assistant Karan, who showed all the shamelessness to behave as cruely as possible with ladies.
I would specifically like to add, that i surely would have had approached some airport authority for some wheelchair or anything, but then again to locate such a help i would have reached the gate even later
I surely would have had avoided the fall (of my wife), but sorry to say, no floor on earth i guess is fall-proof.
Thanks to all the assistance by you all, my whole trip became a total wastage of time and money !!!
I seriously want to lodge a complaint against Jetlite authority and airport staff for their unsupportiveness. I do agree to their strict punctuality, but in noways were we so late to have had delayed the flight. Its just a way of torturing customers and make money out of the picture of fake punctuality !!!!!
Last but not the least, I CAN PROVE each and every medical condition that i have described above. I am not writing here to waste my energy !!!!!!! i demand a compensation, apology and explanation for this and promise to spread this through word of mouth to all my association- both personal and professional !
