Complaint Details
I purchased an ebook from Flipkart with order no. OD300999770099680800. This is shown as one of their retail seller as "WS Retail". The book I purchased is showing in their library but is not opening due to unknown reasons. There is always a network error (see attachment). I tried it at home network, office network, and even cyber cafe but the error remains same. I, therefore, need a refund for my purchase order as the product is still undelivered. The flipkart site is not allowing me to cancel the purchased order.
