Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased the CCTV camera during September from the M/S EUREKA FORBES LIMITED and the installation been completed on 26th August 2014.

But from the day one the camera is not recording during the dark (night time) as it’s seems the infrared is not working. Despite several calls to the vendor and registered complaints the issue has not been resolved yet.

Also I have not yet received the Original bill related to this purchase and they are saying will get it soon.

Requesting you to look into this and guide me.
