Complaint Details
We bought some jewellery from the firm today, 14 October 2014. At the time of billing, it was observed that the firm had charged us Rs 2579 per gram of 22 carat gold whereas the MCX rate of 22 carat gold was approximately 2470 per gram. When this fact was brought to the notice of the owner,a Mr Pradeep Bhai, he stated that they had charged their rate and that had no correlation with MCX rate for the day.

We then stated that we did not want to buy the items but the firm refused to take the items back and refund the money.

We request that the firm be asked to refund our money and take their items back. They are unused and lying with us. If we are required to go to the firm's address, then it must be asked to pay for our travel costs.
