Complaint Details
On 30.04.2014, undersigned has done two transaction of Rs 15,000/- and 10,000/- at around 18.32 hrs and 18.33 hrs respectively from Kotak ATM, located at Saraswati Vihar, Delhi. In first transaction, only Rs 6500/- was received against the amount of Rs 15,000/- and in second transaction, no money was received against the amount of Rs 10,000/-, which indicates that I received Rs 18,500 less amount from these two transaction
