I had placed order for one Toshiba laptop (order number - 2957147907) with Snapdeal on Sep 29, 2014 and the expected delivery date was OCt 7, 2014. I did receive the laptop but they sent me a wrong one. I have been calling them every single day but everytime, they say that we can not do anything. I am stuck with the laptop that I can't use since this doesn't have Windows installed. I had to borrow a laptop from my friend to register this complaint.
I have spoken to Deepak Tyagi (supervisor) and Neloy Chakraborty (manager) but everybody has said that they can't do anything.
There was another order that I had placed year back 1382136004 and then also, these people had accused me of lying that I had received the microwave when I had only received the free kit.
