Complaint Details
The TV was bought for 70,000 in 2011. within 14 months there was a HDMI coil complaint. since then I changed Mother board, entire starting unit, and now the panel has gone bad(estimate for repair Rs22000.00). They have supplied a defective TV.
They are unwilling to tell me the manufacturing date of the TV, though I have asked for it one doz. times. Complaint reference no is SonyIndia=021-031-747' FW: 'SonyIndia=019-959-316'Service of Sony BRAVIA Model: KDL-46CX520 IN5 bearing serial no : 2421427.
