Ordered Three Items from snapdeal.com Order Id: 2997144448 , on 3 October 2014. for Rs. 13273

1. Sunflame 90cm 1100cm3/sec Innova SS BF Auto Clean Chimney
2. Anjali Non Stick Cookware Gift Set (7 Pcs)
3. Jaipan Black Aluminium 1.5 Ltrs Gift Set (tawa And Kadhai)

recieved items 2 , 3 after 10 days after i have complained three times Ticket :10259239 , 10269277 , 10307336 .

but on 15 october after 12 days i recieved a mail stating that :

:This email is regarding your Order no 2997144448.

You are receiving this notification because one or more items in your order have been cancelled due to serviceability issue at courier end. We, at Snapdeal, deeply regret the inconvenience caused to a valued customer like you, and extend our heartfelt apologies.

Now snapdeal delivered half items and cancelled half. they havent had the items in stock . why they have accepted the order. and after 13 days they are saying that they are cancelling the order.
